- Controller: Sergi Villalba Azuara
- Tax ID (NIF): 46417446L
- Address: Avinguda Frederic Rahola 12, Esc. B, 2º 1ª, 08032 Barcelona (España)

2. What data we process
This website contains no registration forms of its own and does not collect browsing data for advertising purposes. The data we may process is:
- Contact details you voluntarily provide when emailing us or booking a call through Cal.com: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.
- Data needed for the professional relationship if we end up working together: contact, billing and payment details.
- Minimal technical data generated by the hosting server (IP address, browser type, date and time of access), processed in aggregate for security and site-operation purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data for the following purposes and legal bases under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- Handling your enquiries and managing the meetings you request — pre-contractual measures taken at your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performing and invoicing contracted services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website — legitimate interest of the owner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a maximum of one year after the last contact, unless they lead to a professional relationship. Contractual and billing data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting.
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — call-booking management, only if you use that service.
- Email providers and studio-management tools.
- Public authorities, banks and advisors where a legal obligation exists.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to sergi.villalba@videosynthesis.es and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).
8. Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and organisations and is not intended for children under 14. If we detect data of minors provided without authorisation, we will delete it.
9. Security and updates
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or site changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
