Living Lakes is an international network of organisations protecting lakes and wetlands worldwide; its Biodiversity & Climate Project, a five-year initiative funded by Germany's International Climate Initiative (IKI), works on the conservation of 12 lakes and wetlands in 10 countries. livinglakes.org ↗
The Living Lakes Biodiversity & Climate Project is a five-year initiative funded by Germany's International Climate Initiative (IKI), working on the conservation of 12 lakes and wetlands in 10 countries — from Tonlé Sap in Cambodia to Lake Titicaca and the iSimangaliso Wetland Park in South Africa.
We manage the project's digital communication: publishing news and content on livinglakes.org, coordinating social media across the participating countries, and editing photo and video material from partners around the world into consistent, publishable stories.
International cooperation projects carry specific communication requirements — donor visibility, editorial standards and coordination between many partners — and the work is delivered within that framework.
